This new construction house is located in a very quiet side street of Portocolom, in the southeast of Mallorca.
It has about 172m2 of living space and is laid out on 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, as well as a small lounge with a fireplace. A large glass door gives a lot of light into the room and leads directly to a patio, where we find the pool. Mediterranean plants give the courtyard a beautiful ambience. A guest toilet and a utility room complete the lower floor.
Since this object has access through two different streets, there is another door towards the other street.
A staircase leads to the second floor where there are two large double bedrooms. One of them with en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is also on this floor. There is also a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
Next, the staircase leads to the third floor, where you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area. For the colder days there is a fireplace. Large windows lead to a terrace, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the whole surrounding of Portocolom. This room can also be converted in a third bedroom.Another staircase leads to the roof terrace.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
Several supermarkets, banks, a pharmacy and a considerable selection of excellent restaurants you will find here in Portocolom. The beaches of the village are very pleasant and invite you to enjoy long sunny days. For Golf lovers, the Golf Course Val D’Or is just a few minutes by car.
