Our contacts are professional, experienced and work on Mallorquín prices as for Mallorquines i.e. not taking advantage of foreigners…
The reason we are able to claim this is because we ourselves, on a personal level, have gone through enough bad experiences.
Whether you are selecting a garden company, have some problems getting around the impossible Mallorquín bureaucracy or need someone to constantly check that your property is in good shape and ready for an impromptu visit, there is nothing the MOSH Management team can’t accomplish.
Maintenance
Something will sooner or later breakdown. This means if possible, it is convenient to prevent it from happening rather than deal with it once it is too late. We can organise the adequate maintenance to be carried out on a regular basis to ensure comfortable and hassle-free living. And once things do go wrong, we are one phone call away from you not having to worry about the problem anymore. We will deal with the inconvenience in as little time as possible.
We will also check the property as often as you would like or at least after any storm that there might be.
Housekeeping
Whether you are looking for a cleaner or a live-in maid, we can help you organise the appropriate contracts, coordinate their working days, buy the necessary cleaning products and ensure that the property is in immaculate condition for your arrival.
Reforms
Once again, there are so many companies that do terrible jobs at a ridiculous price. We have the appropriate partners that will carry out your project in an organized, timely and professional manner and at an affordable price. We understand that some clients like to bring their own architects from their place of origin but it is always convenient to at least have a second opinion from one of our trusted architects / project managers, since they understand local requirements, construction and sourcing of materials. Moreover, they offer the necessary follow up service to ensure a trouble-free future.
Interior Design
If you have already bought a property on the island before, you quite possibly do not need our help. If you are a first-time buyer on the island, we are more than happy to provide you with some experienced comprehensive advice whatever your taste and whatever your budget. Also, we will be present at the property to ensure that everything is delivered adequately in the case that you are not present at the time. There is always some small inconveniences to take care of, let us do that.
Free Scheduled Pick Up service
We offer the possibility of being picked up and dropped off at the airport completely free of charge. This is our little way of saying thank you for trusting us.
Key Holding
Very simple but very convenient. If we have a copy of your keys, we can organize any little problem and do regular checks of the property and its facilities.
Mail Vetting
It is very convenient to have someone collect your mail on a regular basis. Way too many times it has happened to clients who insisted that they did not need our help, and then they have subsequently called us urgently needing to pay a bill or a fine which is 2 months overdue. Our service is not essential, but it is an insurance. It pays off when you have problems, and trust us, you unfortunately will have problems.
Registration & Paperwork
We believe you should personally experience the very annoying bureaucracy of Mallorca at least once in your lifetime. It is not complicated, it is just annoying. Whether it is the banks not processing transactions after a certain time, not being at the right office, the person you are looking for being on holiday, etc. it will drive you mad… Experience it once for yourself and then give us a call and let us sort it out.
Basic Shopping
We can organise for basic shopping items to be bought on the day of your arrival so that you can minimize time wasted doing things you don’t want to and increase the time you enjoy your life on the island. Anything from fresh food to fresh flowers, give us a list and we will buy it for you.
Reservations
Through us, you are very likely to get special deals. Whether you just want to book a restaurant or are looking to book a yacht, a captain and the whole shenanigans, we will deal with it. We will recommend, book and manage yachts, jets, helicopters, event planners, catering companies, chefs, babysitters, private lounges and anything else you can possibly think of.
Car servicing
Nobody likes doing this, so let us do it. Whether it is picking your car up, taking it to the mechanic or putting it through the annual checks (ITV), we will do it. It is by no means a complicated job, it is just one that takes away valuable time.
Buying Boats, cars and moorings
Give us a call and you will not regret it. We have some of the highest quality boats for trial at our disposal. That is all we are saying for now.
Gardening & Pool Service
We have gone through several terrible gardening companies in order to find the right one. We recommend you trust us to deal with them regarding the small inconveniences that do not necessarily require your input. Of course, we would log all checks and keep you informed. At the end of the day, when you arrive you expect your pool to work and your garden to look amazing, no matter what.
Other
A quick mention of some other aspects that we can help you with such as: home insurance, arranging contracts for water, electricity, gas, wifi, TV…, managing deliveries, contracting removal companies, storage rooms, additional parking spaces in Palma, appropriate lawyers for different activities, applying for licenses.
