This gorgeous villa is located in the small Mallorquín village of Santa Margalida, which is 20 minutes away from the well known northern seaside city of Alcudia and a close 10 minute drive to Can Picafort.
The first thing you will probably notice when you arrive at the villa, apart from the stately-looking residential building, is the absolute centrepiece of the property: the large lawn right next to the house, in the middle of which is a 10 x 5 m pool with Roman steps. There are sun loungers and daybeds for lasting relaxation, as well as parasols, so that you can make the most of this area. The size of the property invites you to explore the park-like which cover approximately 14,000 m2. Sports enthusiasts might enjoy a volleyball match or a game of table tennis? Thanks to the outdoor shower, you’ll be refreshed in no time. The spacious covered terrace is also particularly inviting, its stone columns reminiscent of a Roman temple with a little imagination. Here you have a gas barbecue at your disposal so that you can end the day with a cosy meal in the fresh air. In addition to the dining table, the elegant lounge is also a favourite place for spending time together with a cool drink and good conversation. And the cosy relaxing chairs on the terrace in front of the living room definitely have something too! From the upper floor you have access to a spacious furnished roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the view of Cabo Pinar and Cabo Farrutx.
From this terrace you enter the house directly at ground level. There you will find a very stylish ambience on two floors, which also knows how to satisfy demanding larger groups. The charisma of this holiday home in Mallorca is enhanced by aesthetically modern furniture as well as the large floor tiles, the impressive lighting and the unique artistic pieces. The living room and the spacious dining room merge directly into each other, so that this house exudes a sublime grace due to the spaciousness of the rooms. Right next to the dining area you will find a large chic kitchen, which offers enough space and equipment even for the preparation of more elaborate dishes. The five tastefully decorated double bedrooms in white-anthracite tones – three on the ground floor and two on the first floor – each have their own super-modern bathroom, with large tiles on the walls. The colourfully designed small living area on the upper floor is a great place to sit with a small group and play a board game, for example. Underfloor heating and hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house make stays particularly comfortable all year round.
