The boutique Real Estate company in Mallorca was founded in 2002 as Mallorca One Stop Homes, already an indicator into the type of service we provide. We were and still are, the one and only point of contact you really need on the island, since we have the knowledge to manage everything and anything.
In 2021, we abbreviated to M.O.S.H, a trendy acronym which came along with a restructuring of the business. Up until then, we had provided a very discreet and personal service catering specifically to each client, which was enabled by our large network. Now the only thing that has changed is the fact that we have new and younger energy in the company to complement the veterans, and we are constantly developing our network and skill set in order to be known as a company that sells more than just homes, but entire lifestyles.
On a continuum, we have been utilising our network and creating important partnerships with the best in class in different sectors; yachts, cars, restaurants, helicopters, you name it and we can assure you we have a perfect contact.
Over the last 20 years, as we have grown, we have undoubtedly made mistakes, but we have always retained the family values on which the business was built: integrity, sincerity and honesty. Yes, we have indeed noticed, these are 3 words which have the same meaning. However, we see it as a way of reiterating what we stand for and how we operate. This core value is the reason that our partners trust us and our clients refer us; we listen, we understand and we provide our sincere opinion on your needs, even if it means a lost transaction.
